Instructional Coaching Model

Instructional coaching is most impactful when it happens inside real classrooms. For that reason, our core coaching work is conducted in person, where we can observe authentic instruction, model practices, and support teachers and leaders in real time. Relationship-building is the foundation of our coaching model. Trust, respect, and psychological safety create the conditions for honest reflection, instructional risk-taking, and meaningful growth.

In-Person Coaching Includes:
